A bit of an inside joke: this quiz sorts you into one of the tool types you'll find elsewhere on the site, based on how you'd handle a few everyday situations. The one that started it all before the rest of the site existed.

How it's different from the others

Most of the quizzes here map to a real psychological framework or a recognizable social archetype; this one's purely playful, built around the site's own theme rather than borrowing from anywhere else. It's the closest thing this site has to a mascot quiz — take it for the joke, not for any actual insight, and pass it to someone else once you've got your result.

Why it still exists

This was the very first quiz built for the site, before the calculator, generator, and game sections existed at all — kept around deliberately rather than quietly retired once the rest of the site grew up around it, since it's a fair (if slightly self-aware) piece of the site's own history and a decent quick laugh for anyone who's used a few of the actual tools here already.

Reading your result

Each tool "type" here loosely riffs on a personality some of the site's actual tools could be said to have — precise and methodical, chaotic and random, or something in between — mapped from a handful of everyday scenario questions the same way the site's more serious quizzes work, just without the pretense of any real framework underneath it.
